Kappenberg Enterprises began 25 years ago as a video production service for schools, universities, and educational agencies. Over the years, we expanded with book trailers for authors, training and motivational videos for organizations, and corporate promotions.
Our most rewarding work has been creating a new genre of video we call a Life Montage. These are an interplay of visuals and sound that enhance any celebration such as a birthday, wedding, retirement, or memorial event. The highlight is a 5–8 minute stand-alone video celebrating the honoree that becomes a focal point of the event.
We also create a 2-hour ambiance video that runs throughout the reception, cocktail hour, and dinner. We edit hundreds of photos and video clips, one by one, with an eye to artistic design and the emotions they create. As photos, videos and music play, people become excited as they recall their OWN lives, their friends, and their friendships, as well as the person of the hour.

Book Trailers
Book trailers are like the movie trailers we’ve seen all our lives, but focused on books. They’re usually shorter – about 1-to-2 minutes – instead of 3 or 4. And they can be a lot more creative than in the movie versions. That’s because movie trailers are limited to actual footage from the file – while with book trailers, you can present your story – or your message – in any way that you and your producer can imagine.
